Verlingue, a subsidiary of the Adelaïde Group specializing in business protection, announces the appointment of Sébastien Lenne as P&C Director. He will be a member of the Verlingue Executive Committee.
Since his arrival in 2017, Sébastien has made a major contribution to the development of the business portfolio in Northern France, particularly in P&C, with the creation of a dedicated team. At the same time, he joined CHEA (Centre des Hautes Etudes d’Assurances), graduating in 2022.
With an engineering background (ESTP 2002) and a Master of European Business & Management from ESCP (2003), Sébastien began his career in the recruitment sector with the Michael Page Group.
In his new role, Sébastien will be responsible for enhancing the range of services offered across all P&C lines to meet client’s expectations, including structured solutions (ART, international programs). He will focus in particular on developing the technical expertise of the sales teams and consultants in charge of structuring and placing insurance programs. He will guarantee high value-added service quality throughout the entire client process.
“Sébastien’s enthusiasm for his clients and his teams, as well as his ability to deliver effective solutions for our customers, demonstrated since his arrival at Verlingue, is what convinced us that he was the right person to accelerate our development in the P&C market, particularly in the Key Accounts segment,” said Anne-Jacques de Dinechin, Verlingue’s Chief Executive Officer.
Audrey Segalla is appointed Regional Director Northern France. Since joining Verlingue in 2006, Audrey has displayed commercial drive, backed by professionalism recognized by clients and an ability to integrate into the local economic fabric. This has contributed to the development of Verlingue’s activities in the Northern France region.
A recognized manager, Audrey pays close attention to the development of her teams and the quality of client relations, which will be key to success in her new role.
Previously, following a degree in Economics and a Masters in Human Resources, Audrey began her career as an HR Officer at the Pasteur Institute in Lille, before joining the insurance brokerage industry in 2003 as an Account Manager for LSN Assurances.
At the same time, Audrey is heavily involved in the “DFCG Au Féminin” network and EY’s “Elle&You” club. She is also a member of the GERME network.
“I’m delighted with these two appointments, which reflect our confidence in our employees’ ability to progress and take on new challenges to support our clients”, said Jean-Marc Esvant, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Verlingue.
