The third meeting of the Verlingue Immobilier Innovation Committee took place on Thursday 29 June 2023 with a “Learning Expedition” in the heart of Nantes. It was a day of discovery based on meetings, exchanges, visits and feedback, with presentations by :

  Hugues Du Puy, Design and Open Innovation Project Manager, Samoa (the urban and creative factory on the Ile de Nantes), on the subject of regional planning and innovation.
  Pierre Leroy, co-founder of Proptech, a movement of real estate 2.0 start-ups innovating in housing, real estate and construction.
  Jean-Philippe Emeriau, CEO and founder of Immodvisor, the first community platform to provide vetted customer reviews of property and housing professionals.
