Adelaïde scored 90/100 on the Gender Equality Index in 2020, an improvement of +1.5 points compared to 2019.
This result confirms the group proactive equal pay policy.
Every year, companies with 50 employees or more must calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index on their website.
The Index is calculated according to a total of 100 points, based on 4 to 5 indicators depending on the size of the company:
– The gender pay gap
– The difference in the breakdown of the individual pay increases
– The difference in the breakdown of promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees)
– The number of female employees who received an increase upon their return from maternity leave
– Gender parity among the 10 highest salaries
